Lands Has Been Removed

We've made the call to remove the Lands plugin from EverHaven. Here's the reasoning.

Why it's gone

Lands was complicated. The menu was deep, the commands were many, and the learning curve was steep before you could even place your first protected block. New players consistently bounced off it, and we heard the same feedback over and over: it felt like homework before the fun could start. That's the opposite of what we want.

It also wasn't aligning with where EverHaven is headed. We're leaning into a command-less, in-game-first approach where mechanics feel native instead of bolted on, and a claim system with menus, flags, and sub-areas pulled directly against that direction.

What replaces it

Going forward, we're relying on CoreProtect. Every block placement, break, and container interaction is logged, so if something gets griefed, staff can roll it back cleanly. On top of that, every player now has access to /co inspect โ€” toggle it on, click a block, and see exactly who did what and when, so you can investigate suspicious changes around your own base yourself.

Griefing is still strictly banned. The difference now is that the rule is enforced through transparency and accountability instead of a wall of menus.

The bottom line: hop on, pick a spot, and start building. No claim setup required. We've got your back.
