Playing since Alpha100% self-hostedNo monetizationFamily-friendlyA forever world

Hey — I'm RedZephon, and EverHaven is my server.

I've been playing Minecraft since the early Alpha days, and honestly I don't think I'll ever stop. I built this place purely for the love of the game: somewhere to experiment, build a little, and hang out with good people. That's it — no grand business plan, just the game I've loved for over a decade and the folks who show up to play it.

No pay-to-win. No paid ranks. No server bills.
Just a world that lasts.

No monetization. Ever.

EverHaven exists to be played, not monetized. I didn't build it to make money or to squeeze anything out of anyone — it started as a world for my friends and family, and grew into the little community it is today.

There will never be paid ranks, battle passes, or pay-to-win items here. If you'd like to chip in on the Grow the Server page you're very welcome to — but it's completely optional and you get nothing extra in return. It's just a simple thank-you, nothing more.

Self-hosted, right here at home.

EverHaven runs on a machine in my house — a PC dedicated entirely to hosting Minecraft, on a 1.5 Gbps fibre connection that's more than fast enough for a full server of players. It's real hardware, tuned for the job:

  • Intel i5-10400F CPU
  • 32 GB RAM · 8 GB for the server
  • NVIDIA GTX 1060
  • 1 TB SSD dedicated to Minecraft

Because it's self-hosted, there's no monthly server bill hanging over us — so there's no risk of the world vanishing overnight because someone forgot to pay a host. Even when life gets busy and I can't be online as much, the server stays up. It's low-maintenance by design; I check in whenever I can to keep things running smooth, and we've got some fantastic volunteers who help keep the lights on too.

A forever world.

The whole idea behind EverHaven is a forever world — one that keeps evolving with every update and sticks around long enough to become something. One day I'd love to show my kids this world and have them build in it too.

This is a survival server made for builders. We've got hubs dotted around the map and we love it when people play and build together — but you're just as free to wander off and do your own thing. What we're not is a mini-games server. No Hypixel-style modes, no gimmicks — just classic Minecraft with a set of quality-of-life plugins and features layered on top. Our custom plugins are built to enhance the game and expand what's possible without ever making it feel unlike Minecraft. We're deliberately not an MMO; we want to stay true to Minecraft's identity and simply build on it to keep things fresh and interesting.

A safe space for everyone.

More than anything, I want EverHaven to be a safe space — a family-friendly world for all ages and all kinds of people. We're here to game and have a good time, and that's the whole point.

We don't do drama and we don't do politics. Respect isn't optional; we treat each other with kindness, full stop. It's one of our core tenets, and it's what makes this place feel like home. My hope is simple: that you find EverHaven to be exactly that kind of place.

See you in the world,

— RedZephon
